So I have this assignment from uni, writing an essay, not long, only 1000 words. It’s just that, I hate essays, so I have been procrastinating. But I decided to start writing my essay after one more relaxation; BAKING!
I like baking, doesn’t mean I’m good at it, :p. But I try anyway.. On the way home today, I went pass this cupcake shop at Pitt St, Sydney, and bought a couple of cupcakes. They were so pretty, that it inspired me to make some. So there they are!! The cupcakes I made, compared to the 2 I bought. I’ve been trying a few kinds of frosting for cupcakes, still can’t find the right one. I made this one using cream-cheese and dark chocolate pudding. I copied that combination from the recipe I randomly typed on Google. I’m telling ya.. NOT the best combination.. Cream-cheese has that acidity that doesn’t match the dark chocolate pudding. Although it might work for strawberry frosting. I might do that next time. Meanwhile, I have to put that aside and start doing my essay :/
Anyway, I’ll reward myself with a decorating course in Winter holiday if I pass all the subjects this semester. So wish me luck!! Toodles for now :*
